A new public library, offices and a residential block make this one of the most exciting West End developments for years.

VerdeSW1 - Bressenden Place -2016
Verde is a Tishman Speyer scheme which has taken John Prescott's former offices back to shell to create a state-of the-art property with dramatic terraced views over Buckingham Palace Gardens, St James's and Green Parks. It has created some of the best space that Victoria has ever offered, with 400 bike racks and a stunning 3 storey-high reception. 62 Buckingham Gate, Victoria Street - 2014
A stunning architectural gem designed by Cesar Pelli, on the corner with Victoria Street, reflecting the listed pub on the other side of the road. The wobbly-looking pillars have now been clad with reflective glass and the effect is superb. The building now houses Rolls Royce and the Bill Gates Foundation.
