The Réunion Bar has opened at The Grosvenor Hotel. It used to be the VIP lounge, which originally had direct private access to the Orient Express on Platform 1 of Victoria Station. The whole hotel has had a dramatic makeover and offers the most superb dining facilities as well as this terrific new bar.

Land Securities have created a joint venture with a Canadian pension fund to develop the site opposite Victoria Station into a massive retail and office scheme. The new project has full planning, and construction is likely to start soon creating a superb new hub to the area. 'Victoria Circle' will replace the current hotch potch of poor retail and office buildings.
The prestigious sports awards are held at The QE Conference Centre in Victoria today. Sports stars from around the globe are due to attend the event which is televised internationally. All proceeds go to the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation.
