After many years of flexible business space being in short supply or poor quality, or both, Victoria is seeing a boom in new spaces coming to the market. The Office Group is creating a funky new business centre on Eccleston Square, called The Neat House. Grosvenor are transforming some superb red-brick buildings in Eccleston Place with their new co-working hub in the heart of Belgravia. Both new offerings will create new interesting and flexible spaces in what was previously a less commercial part of SW1, dominated more by residential and government.

London Executive offices have taken space at Nova from LandSec and will provide a top-end corporate environment for those that want short term space in a more mainstream location. I2 has taken space in Southside above the House of Fraser on Victoria Street and have found the demand very high indeed from both newcomers to the area and the local business community too.

Other new entrants to the market, including WeWork, are keen to secure space in the Victoria area and with their 'free beer and parties' concept, they will certainly do well.

Its a changing commercial world, and with flexibility and reliable outgoings of serviced offices, it is likely that the sector will continue its rapid spread.
